## Opis stanowiska

Providing consultation, advice, knowledge and expertise to HR Advisors and business managers on compensation, reward and recognition related issues  Assisting with the annual compensation planning process for the Technology Business, including salary increases, bonuses and deferred compensation  Responding to inquiries from HR Partners on compensation, reward and recognition related issues  Applying technical expertise in compensation principles, practices and procedures in the completion of assignments  Impacting compensation end results through project management and client relationships  Partnering with other teams, such as regulatory compensation and deferred compensation, on key initiatives, year-end and day-to-day activities  Engaging in regulatory projects such as Material Risk Taker Identification, including regular meetings with business heads  Partnering and consulting with HR Advisors and Compensation Leads to implement and deliver on projects  This is an 8 month Fixed Term Contract

## Kogo szukamy

Solid compensation / Total Rewards experience, preferably within global banking, financial services or a large multinational corporate environment  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, nested logic, Pivot Tables and scenario modelling  Hands-on familiarity with Workday Compensation or enterprise HRIS tools  Proven capability to provide consultative advice to HR Partners, Regional Compensation Leads and Senior Technology Business Heads  Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills  Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
