## Opis stanowiska

Provide technical support to customers of a leading manufacturer of garden equipment, robotic lawn mowers, and power tools via phone, email, and chat  Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to products, accessories, mobile applications, and connected devices  Guide customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance  Identify root causes of technical issues and determine appropriate solutions  Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary  Document customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems  Educate customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance  Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets  Work from the office in Katowice (Zabrska 19, Global Office Park) according to the schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00  Full-time position available as of 16.11.2026

## Kogo szukamy

Fluency in Norwegian (C1) and English (B2)  Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles  Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart devices, home & garden equipment, or power tools  Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions  Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously  Readiness to work from an office in Katowice
