## Opis stanowiska

## Kogo szukamy

Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)  Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles  Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart devices, home & garden equipment, or power tools  Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions  Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously  Readiness to work from an office in Katowice
