## Opis stanowiska

Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat  Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to products, accessories, mobile applications, and connected devices  Guiding customers through product setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance  Identifying root causes of technical issues and determining appropriate solutions  Escalating complex cases to specialized teams when necessary  Documenting customer interactions and technical findings accurately in internal systems  Educating customers on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance  Ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets  Work from office in Katowice (Zabrska 19, Global Office Park), Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00  Full-time position available as of 16.11.2026

## Kogo szukamy

Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2)  Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles  Strong technical aptitude and interest in consumer electronics, smart devices, home & garden equipment, or power tools  Ability to analyze problems and provide clear, customer-friendly solutions  Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously  Readiness to work from an office in Katowice
