## Opis stanowiska

Summer Analyst Program starting in early June: education on Analyst fundamentals and Citi's culture, on-the-desk training, speaker series and networking  Summer Analysts often return to Citi after graduating as Full-Time Analysts  Working within Technology Infrastructure / Technology Services, which maintains Citi's global infrastructure: physical facilities, network connectivity, computing resources and data management  Designing, implementing and maintaining physical infrastructure: data centers, server rooms and associated hardware  Ensuring stability, availability and performance of infrastructure and managing capacity planning for computing and storage resources  Exposure to teams: Microservices Development (Java, Spring Framework, Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Front-End Web Development (React or Angular, TypeScript, HTML5), Generative AI & AI Agents (GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, workflow design) and Data Analytics (Splunk, Tableau, Adobe Analytics)  Work in global projects with cross-functional teams and learn how technology drives the financial sector  Structured learning, mentoring and development programs to build technical and leadership skills  Hybrid working model with currently up to 2 days working from home per week

Graduation between Dec 2027 and July 2028  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or other tech-related degrees  Proactive problem-solver who thrives on innovation and leverages Generative AI to address complex business problems  Global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones  Excellent communication skills, project management, leadership and attention to detail, with the ability to work well within diverse teams  Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises  Collaborative and adaptable; prior experience working in agile teams is desirable  Authorized to work in Poland without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
