## Opis stanowiska

Key Responsibilities   Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications.  Implement backend services and APIs using Java and related frameworks.  Develop modern and responsive user interfaces using React and/or Angular.  Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.  Participate in code reviews and software quality improvements.  Support CI/CD processes and software release activities.  Explore and implement AI-driven solutions where applicable.  Work effectively within an agile and international team environment.

Required Technical Skills   Strong knowledge of Java and backend development principles (around 1-3 years of experience)  Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.  Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular.  Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.  Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Maven or Gradle, Docker, Postman, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.  Understanding of software design patterns and Agile/Scrum methodologies.   AI & Innovation   Interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.  Willingness to use AI-powered development tools and assistants.  Curiosity and openness to continuous learning in the AI domain.   Soft Skills   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.  Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.   Language Requirements   Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.  Knowledge of German is considered a strong advantage.
