## Opis stanowiska

Working as part of the Finance Team in daily tasks (invoicing, payments, accounting, documentation)  Analyzing costs, sales figures, and actual company results in relation to budget and forecasts  Supporting the preparation of budgets and periodic forecasts  Supporting the CFO in reporting to stakeholders and in financial reporting  Monitoring daily financial operations, tracking the company's financial situation and results, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of accounting data  Developing performance analysis by creating KPIs and tracking key metrics across departments and product groups  Implementing improvements to metrics and reporting processes  Coordinating cooperation with outsourced accounting offices in Enxoo's international entities outside Poland

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   3-5 years of professional experience in an internal accounting department or an accounting office, ideally with exposure to international or cross-border operations  Experience with reporting and analysis  Good command of MS Office, especially Excel  Very good communication skills  Attention to detail and good organization of work  Ability to multitask and meet deadlines   Nice to have:   Qlik Sense
