## Opis stanowiska

You Will:   Monitor and troubleshoot SSP integrations, resolve technical issues, and analyze data for trends or anomalies  Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure platform stability and performance  Use SQL to analyze log-level data and support operational improvements  Manage SSP partner communication, respond to operational requests, prepare insights for partner reviews  Maintain clear documentation and smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders  Support evaluation and onboarding of new partners, assess inventory quality and monitor for duplication  Maintain accurate records of supply configurations and integrations  Ensure partner adherence to privacy regulations and brand safety standards; monitor restricted verticals with legal and policy teams  Assist with invoice validation, revenue reconciliation, and billing discrepancy investigation   We Offer:   Competitive compensation with significant growth opportunities  Engagement with cutting-edge technologies on large-scale, dynamic projects  Extremely flexible working cooperation - you work when convenient and devote as much time as you can  Ability to work fully remotely  Purpose-driven work with direct impact on business results

## Kogo szukamy

3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech operations, or SSP/DSP partnerships  Track record of managing external relationships spanning both technical and commercial domains  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills  Experience with SQL or similar querying tools (proficiency a strong plus)  Solid understanding of programmatic infrastructure, including SSPs, Prebid, and auction mechanics  Familiarity with oRTB bid request/response formats  Effective communication and ability to work cross-functionally across technical, business, and partner-facing teams  Self-starter comfortable operating in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams
