## Opis stanowiska

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of credit facility amendments, ensuring customer facility changes and credit approval information are accurately captured and maintained across relevant systems.  Assess credit facility amendments to identify material changes or exceptions, escalating issues to maintain data integrity and compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.  Analyze large and complex data sets to surface trends, identify operational gaps, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.  Coordinate with technology, operations, risk, and control teams to resolve process issues and improve credit administration workflows.  Monitor operational and credit-related risks associated with business decisions and process changes, supporting control activities to strengthen governance frameworks.  Participate in business transformation projects from problem identification through post-implementation review, contributing to measurable improvements in operational efficiency and risk management.  Verify that documentation is complete and meets credit policy standards and local regulatory requirements before facility implementation, including due diligence activities such as authorized signer screening.

Required Qualifications & Skills:   1–3 years of experience in financial services, credit operations, risk management, business analysis, or a related field.  Analytical capability to synthesize large volumes of data and translate findings into clear, actionable business insights.  Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders.  Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce well-structured analysis and presentations.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.   Beneficial Skills & Qualifications:   Knowledge of credit risk, facility administration, or financial products.  Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Access, SQL, or reporting platforms.  Exposure to process improvement or business transformation projects within a financial services or operations environment.
