Owning Vstorm's written content end-to-end, including solid research — blog articles, lead magnets, ebooks, newsletters, guides, and others  Extracting Vstorm's non-public knowledge directly from engineers, consultants, and leadership, and turning that raw material into finished pieces  Making our content discoverable and citable in both traditional search and AI-generated answers (SEO/GEO)  Active participation in communities and content distribution on platforms like Reddit, Quora, Hacker News, Dev.to, and others  Designing, building, and maintaining AI-assisted workflows and tooling that produce our content — prompt systems, agents, and repeatable pipelines combining automation with human judgment  Testing new AI tools and techniques as they emerge, keeping what works, dropping what doesn't

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Proven experience creating written content in a B2B / tech environment  A genuinely technical, automation-first mindset — thinking in pipelines and systems, not just drafts  Hands-on experience with AI tools in content planning, creation, and workflow-building  Working understanding of how LLMs and AI agents function — enough to build a prompt system or a simple pipeline yourself  Understanding of SEO/GEO fundamentals — what earns rankings and AI citations  High proactivity and speed of execution — comfortable testing, shipping, and iterating  Strong sense of ownership and independence — able to drive a content strategy from a broad, open-ended brief  Good written and spoken English, at least strong B2  Location: Wrocław or within commutable distance from Wrocław — hybrid work mode is a must   Nice to have:   Experience with off-page authority building (backlinks, third-party platform presence)
