## Opis stanowiska

Owning and growing a portfolio of strategic client accounts  Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives  Developing and executing Account Growth Plans (AGPs)  Identifying and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities  Leading strategic QBRs and business reviews  Understanding clients' business models, goals and challenges and proactively bringing relevant solutions  Managing contract extensions and negotiations  Partnering with Delivery, Product and Technology teams to turn client needs into opportunities  Ensuring accurate, up-to-date and transparent forecasts and CRM data

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   7+ years of experience in Client Services, Customer Success, Strategic Account Management or Business Development in technology  Strong experience with digital products, software, SaaS or technology consulting  Proven track record of account growth, upselling and cross-selling  Experience working with enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders  Strong commercial and business acumen, with a focus on ROI, revenue and long-term value  Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills  Strategic and analytical mindset  Proficiency in English C1/C2  Financial literacy and confidence with budgets, forecasts and Excel  Highly proactive, comfortable managing multiple strategic accounts   Nice to have:   Background in strategic consulting, product strategy or business development  International experience and strong cultural awareness
