## Opis stanowiska

Conduct investigations and research on potentially suspicious clients using internal and external systems and databases  Conduct Cross Sector reviews among multiple Citi business lines  Document and report review/investigation findings and prepare case files with supporting documentation  Summarize in writing clear and concise findings of investigations  Advise senior management on next steps (relationship retention, termination, Suspicious Activity Report)  Manage risks by analyzing root cause of issues and impacts to business  Review AML cases completed by Analysts to ensure material AML risks have been mitigated  Carry out SAR Reporting Officer responsibilities, reviewing/approving SARs consistent with FinCEN requirements and regulatory timelines (30 days for SAR; 120 days for supplemental SARs)  Review/Approve post-investigative actions including relationship termination, Risk Rating Override and KYC Feedback Loop  Conduct mentoring sessions on processes, red flags, investigative strategies and emerging trends  Assist management with regulatory exams and third-party reviews (e.g., IA, CA)  Perform complex, cross-sector and high-risk reviews involving unusual transactional patterns and sensitive matters  Employment on a Fixed Term Contract

## Kogo szukamy

Experience in drafting and/or approving Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with regulatory requirements  Understanding of advanced money laundering typologies, techniques and investigative practices  Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independent judgement  Proficient in MS Office  Proven analytical skills  Effective verbal and written communication skills  Comprehensive knowledge of AML regulations preferred  Responsible for volume, quality and timeliness of work product  Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
