## Opis stanowiska

Design and develop front-end features using React.js, TypeScript and modern front-end technologies  Implement approved UI/UX designs in line with the established Design System and development standards  Build reusable UI components and contribute to shared component libraries  Collaborate closely with Senior UI/UX and Front-End specialists to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs  Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs and backend microservices  Ensure high application performance, responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility  Support compliance with web accessibility standards, including WCAG  Identify and raise potential usability, consistency and design issues during implementation  Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects and production issues  Develop and maintain unit and integration tests for front-end components  Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, refinement sessions and other Agile ceremonies

## Kogo szukamy

8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 6 years of hands-on React.js development  Strong practical experience with React.js and TypeScript  Experience developing enterprise-scale front-end applications  Good understanding of modern front-end architecture and component-based development  Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API or similar technologies  Ability to work with UI/UX designs and tools such as Figma, translating designs into accurate front-end implementations  Experience integrating applications with REST and/or GraphQL APIs  Understanding of responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility  Basic knowledge of WCAG and web accessibility principles  Experience with automated front-end testing, including unit and integration testing  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized application environments  Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers, developers and other stakeholders  Fluency in English (both written and spoken)   NICE TO HAVE:   Experience with Micro Frontend architecture, particularly Module Federation  Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases  Experience working in financial services, banking or transfer agency environments
