## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:     Developing and executing social media strategies for different brands and projects.   Creating monthly and weekly content plans.   Writing social media content, captions, posts, scripts, stories, and short-form video concepts.   Adapting content and tone of voice to different brands and target audiences.   Generating creative content ideas, formats, recurring content series, and campaigns.   Creating briefs for designers, video editors, photographers, and other creative team members.   Managing social media channels and ensuring consistent publishing.   Creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.   Developing ideas and scripts for Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and other short-form video formats.   Monitoring social media performance and analyzing engagement, reach, audience growth, traffic, and conversions.   Identifying high-performing content and using insights to improve future content.   Monitoring trends, competitors, and relevant social media formats.   Supporting community management and brand communication.   Participating in campaign ideation and creative brainstorming.   Working closely with performance marketing, design, and marketing teams.

## Kogo szukamy

Must-haves:    Proven SMM experience with successful case studies for 3+ years.  Strong portfolio with examples of social media accounts, campaigns, or content created by the candidate.  Ability to demonstrate measurable results from previous projects.  Strong copywriting skills.  Ability to independently write high-quality social media content.  Experience creating content strategies and content plans.  Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and current social media formats.  Good understanding of Reels, Stories, TikTok, Shorts, and short-form video content.  Ability to generate creative content ideas independently.  Understanding of social media analytics and key performance metrics.  Ability to adapt tone of voice for different brands and audiences.  Strong attention to detail and good visual awareness.  Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.   Nice-to-haves:   eCommerce experience.  Experience with UGC and influencer marketing.  Experience with CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.  Experience using AI tools for content research, ideation, and production while maintaining strong editorial quality.
