## Opis stanowiska

Process and manage capital markets transactions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution and settlement  Partner with trading desks, branch offices, and operational teams to resolve trade exceptions and support seamless transaction processing  Act as a key point of contact for securities and derivatives settlement, investigation, and exception management activities  Support a broad range of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income products, structured products, options, and physical securities  Proactively identify and resolve operational issues that may impact settlement, client experience, or risk exposure  Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement and control enhancement  Participate in system implementations, process change initiatives, and testing activities to support business growth and scalability  Serve as a subject matter expert for Wealth Investment Operations, providing guidance, training, and support on complex operational matters

## Kogo szukamy

5-8 years of relevant experience  Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills  In-depth knowledge of various capital market products (Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX, etc.) and their operational lifecycles  Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
