## Opis stanowiska

Creation of corporate actions golden record on a security level  Processing corporate actions transactions into reference data system on a fund level  Review and process the elections as made by clients based on the golden record  Cooperating with internal and external clients as well as with other teams involved in the global process  Perform control functions in a process, verify transactions booked into accounting system and preparation of accounting summaries/reports  Understanding of the product and end to end process on the level sufficient for efficient interaction with department management  Applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvements and support the implementation of projects  Interpreting data and contributing to recommendations for process improvement, and/or the launch of new products/services and upgraded platforms  Process coverage within EMEA (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

## Kogo szukamy

Bachelor's degree preferred  1-2 years of related job experience  Basic executional capabilities and beginning to take on more responsibility  Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securities  Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access is desired)  Proven success as a team player  Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) along with strong communication skills
