## Opis stanowiska

PROJECT   Join a global engineering environment focused on building internal tools supporting  Future State Architecture (FSA)  across CTO Platforms.   YOU WILL    Design, build, and maintain internal tools supporting Future State Architecture across CTO Platforms  Develop backend services and APIs using  Node.js and/or Java   Integrate applications with  PostgreSQL  and other enterprise data sources  Build and enhance  web UI components  supporting workflows for architects and engineering teams  Develop and orchestrate  autonomous AI agents  supporting software build, testing, and deployment processes  Implement integration patterns using  MCP, tool/function calling, and APIs   Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, and stakeholders to translate architecture requirements into technical solutions  Ensure solutions meet engineering standards for  security, performance, resilience, observability, testing, and documentation   Contribute to code reviews, automation, operational support, and continuous improvement of the engineering toolchain

## Kogo szukamy

MUST HAVE     Strong software engineering experience with   Node.js and/or Java    Very good knowledge of   PostgreSQL  , including data modelling and query optimisation    Experience developing web applications using modern   JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks    Understanding of   AI agents / agentic application engineering    Experience with integration patterns such as   APIs, MCP, and tool/function calling    Strong understanding of production engineering principles, including   security, resilience, performance, observability, and automated testing    Experience designing solutions for internal platforms, developer tooling, or similar engineering environments    Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment     NICE TO HAVE     Experience building   AI-powered developer or engineering tools    Experience orchestrating autonomous AI agents    Experience working with enterprise architecture or platform engineering teams    Experience supporting production-grade internal services    Understanding of software delivery automation and modern engineering practices
