## Opis stanowiska

Providing technical support to users of home appliances and RTV equipment via incoming calls  Diagnosing and resolving technical problems  Providing information on products and their functionality  Entering requests into the system  Project operates Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, with scheduling adjusted to your availability (preferred availability of around 120 hours per month)  Collaboration on a civil contract with a rate of PLN 60 gross/h plus a bonus system (+2 and then +4 PLN gross/h after reaching tenure and KPIs)  Hybrid mode possible after 2 months from the office: then 3 weeks from home, 1 week from the office

## Kogo szukamy

Fluency in Danish (B2/C1)  Excellent command of English (B1/B2)  Basic knowledge of household appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, TV)  Communicative, willingness to learn  Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard  Preferred availability of around 120 hours per month
