## Opis stanowiska

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday initiatives, including new module implementations, system enhancements, and integrations  Act as the primary liaison between HR business stakeholders, technology teams, and external Workday vendors  Architect and support advanced Workday configurations, custom reports, calculated fields, and integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors)  Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday functional and technical issues as an escalation point  Analyze existing HR processes within Workday and recommend optimization solutions  Provide business analysis and project management support for HR technology programs  Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to Workday changes, data security, and compliance  Hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week)

Key requirements:   Experience in HR Technology, Business Analysis, or Project Management, with Workday HCM implementations, configurations, and support  Deep functional and technical expertise across multiple Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Reporting)  Strong understanding of Workday integration methodologies (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors) and advanced reporting (Custom Reports, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Dashboards)  Proven track record of leading significant Workday projects from conception to deployment  Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities  Effective written and verbal communication with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)  Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field   Nice to have:   Workday certifications (HCM, Reporting, Integrations)  PMP or Lean/Six Sigma certifications
