## Opis stanowiska

Independently providing customer support services via email, chat, and phone to high-profile clients specializing in internet-based searching and video-sharing platforms  Ensuring effective handling of customer inquiries and maintaining high service quality standards  Delivering efficient troubleshooting and query resolution  Identifying, qualifying and overcoming customer objections  Cooperation within the time range from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, depending on the contractor's availability and preferences  Expected monthly engagement of around 130 hours, subject to mutual arrangements

## Kogo szukamy

Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian and Russian  Intermediate level of written and verbal English  Experience in the call center or customer service industry  Excellent communication skills  Good analytical and organizational skills  High school diploma or equivalent
