## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Deliver HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle.  Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers.  Manage HR transactions, employee records, onboarding activities, benefits administration, compliance requirements, reporting, and employee inquiries.  Ensure high-quality service delivery and data accuracy.  Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and external vendors to support HR processes and initiatives.  Support Poland, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.  Administer local benefits and employee programs.  Manage employee lifecycle events in a timely manner.  Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers in Poland.  Contribute to regional and global initiatives when required.  Focus the majority of responsibilities and operational priorities on the Polish employee population.    Miejsce pracy:  Warszawa   Czas trwania projektu:  ~1 year contract covering an employee on leave

## Kogo szukamy

Requirements:    Knowledge of Polish labor law.  Knowledge of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.  Experience with benefits administration and employee programs.  Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.  Ability to provide high-quality HR support to employees and managers.  Ability to work effectively with People Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and external vendors.   Years of experience: 3-5 (Mid)
