Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:   Expert IT Analyst with T24/Transact    Locations:  Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź  Responsibilities:   Collect business requirements from stakeholders within program  Analyze and document requirements as features and user stories  Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to development teams  Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a complex environment with numerous dependencies  Support migration from legacy systems to banking platform  Quickly understand business and technical contexts and onboard efficiently to the program

## Kogo szukamy

Proven experience with T24 / Transact  Fluent English communication skills  Strong experience in the banking sector, preferably within large banking organizations  Professional knowledge of banking products  Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst  Proven experience working in large-scale programs with approximately 300+ employees  Ability to work independently in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies  Ability to gather, document, and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle   Nice to have:   Hands-on experience with Hadoop   Offer:   Private medical care  Co-financing for the sports card  Constant support of dedicated consultant  Employee referral program
