## Opis stanowiska

About the role:   We are looking for an  IT Project Manager  to support a global technology initiative focused on enhancing and rolling out an internal solution across 1,000+ teams. The role combines project delivery, stakeholder management and technology transformation, with close collaboration across Product, Delivery and Engineering teams.   Manage the project end-to-end, from planning and mobilisation through delivery and closure  Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and expected outcomes  Coordinate with Delivery Managers, Product Owners and development teams  Engage with technology stakeholders across multiple regions  Support the rollout and adoption of the solution across 1,000+ teams  Ensure alignment with the wider technology change portfolio

## Kogo szukamy

Requirements:    Strong IT Project Management experience and knowledge of PM best practices  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum  Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)  Experience with business/technology transformation initiatives  Ability to work effectively across regions in a global environment  Experience with  Jira, Confluence and Microsoft tools      Nice to have:    Rally  Experience with software inventory  Experience with software/agent rollout and adoption  Familiarity with technology controls and governance
