## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Designing, writing, testing functionalities for a backend system written in Golang (Go)  Deploying and maintaining microservices in AWS using Terraform or CloudFormation  Debugging and maintaining system on production used by consumers across multiple continents  Scoping and assessing the complexity of features  Participating in sprint planning, daily sprints and meetings with product owners for grooming new features  Collaborating with other team members and teams who depend on functionalities that you develop

## Kogo szukamy

You will need to be proficient in backend development with demonstrated commercial infrastructure experience.  Required qualifications:   3-5 years of production software development experience in a commercial software engineering role using Golang  Solid hands-on experience in Typescript  Have owned or co-owned infrastructure for a production service (on-call, capacity planning, incident response etc.)  Experience using Docker and Kubernetes in production  Experience in working with AWS/GCP and Terraform / CloudFormation  Expertise of REST APIs  Strong hands-on experience of CI&CD processes  Computer Science degree  Comfortable with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor etc.)  Able to work with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and/or Kanban  Good communication and collaboration skills  Self-motivation, proactive attitude  Proficiency in English, it's our daily business language   Nice to have:   Background in the AdTech sector, or experience in another low-latency/high-scale environment  ML Experience
