## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Plan and run company events, including offsites, Christmas parties, team celebrations and remote bonding activities.  Create employee gift ideas and coordinate their logistics.  Support People communication and promote team bonding and participation.  Help make onboarding smooth and engaging for new joiners.  Support Employer Branding by promoting jobs on LinkedIn and Facebook and adding content to Instagram.  Work with the office team to keep HR tools, accounts and benefits running. ## Kogo szukamy

3+ years of experience in the People field, excluding recruitment and administration.  Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, follow-through and genuine enjoyment of organising.  Team-oriented, open to feedback and different perspectives, positive, creative and solution-focused.  Willingness to challenge conventions and develop unusual ideas when appropriate.  Availability to work from the Warsaw office 1–2 times weekly and occasionally meet US colleagues in the evenings.  Native-level Polish and proficient English.
