Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues and product functionality  Managing inbound calls, responding to emails, and handling live chats (primarily email-focused)  Diagnosing reported problems and proposing effective solutions  Providing accurate product-related information  Registering customer requests in internal systems  Working within operating hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00 and Saturday 9:00-14:00

Basic knowledge of household appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, TVs)  Strong communication skills and willingness to learn  Ability to work efficiently with computer tools  Availability for at least 120 hours per month with flexible scheduling  Availability to work on-site at the Warsaw office (ul.
