## Opis stanowiska

Requirements:   Practical experience in SEM and Performance Marketing.  Experience managing a team or coordinating the work of specialists from various marketing areas.  Very good knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads and experience with other digital channels.  Ability to work with data and make decisions based on campaign results.  Good understanding of video marketing and video ads.  Broad perspective on digital marketing and ability to connect different channels.  Independence, initiative and focus on testing new solutions.  Interest in AI, automation and new technologies in marketing.   Additional advantages:   Practical use of AI tools in everyday marketing work.  Experience in automating marketing processes.  Experience in building and optimizing lead acquisition funnels.  Familiarity with analytics and marketing automation tools.  Experience running multichannel marketing activities.

Responsibilities:   Managing and coordinating the work of a 10-person, interdisciplinary marketing team.  Setting goals, priorities, and directions of activities.  Supervising SEM and Performance Marketing campaigns run across multiple channels.  Developing activities in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.  Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing customer acquisition costs.  Monitoring key marketing metrics and the quality of acquired leads.  Coordinating collaboration between performance, content, SEO, design, video, and PR areas.  Expanding the use of video in marketing campaigns.  Testing new channels, ad formats, and ways to reach customers.  Expanding the use of AI and automation in marketing.  Analyzing results and recommending further actions.
