## Opis stanowiska

Analyze system and design requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and test cases in line with ASPICE processes  Prepare and maintain HIL-based test plans for system, integration, and functional verification activities  Design and execute System Qualification Tests, Hardware-Software Integration Tests, and System Element Integration Tests  Perform test execution, analyze results, and ensure adequate test coverage  Identify, document, and track hardware and software defects through resolution  Collaborate closely with development teams to investigate issues and validate fixes  Support release activities by preparing release verification tests and test summary reports  Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methods, tools, and processes  Work on testing power electronics inverters and other key BEV vehicle components using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments  Work model: hybrid from Kraków (3 days per week from the office), second shift (16:00–22:00)

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field  Basic knowledge of microcontroller hardware, electric motors, automotive electronics, and electrical circuits  Understanding of automotive communication protocols, including CAN  Good knowledge of C and Python, with basic understanding of MATLAB/Simulink and Simscape models  Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills  Fluency in English  Willingness to travel domestically and internationally   Nice to have:   CANoe, CANape, TraceTronic ECU-Test, NI VeriStand, TestStand, ControlDesk NG, ConfigurationDesk NG, Jira, Polarion, Plastic SCM, Bitbucket  Knowledge of ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity)  Knowledge of AUTOSAR concepts and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing  German and/or French language
