## Opis stanowiska

Main tasks and responsibilities:   Design, implement and maintain test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.  Define test strategies with developers, business analysts and product owners.  Execute functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing.  Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Provar.  Report defects, monitor quality metrics and support process improvements.  Assist with release management and deployment validation.  Maintain QA documentation, conduct stakeholder training and product demos.  Participate in the agile development cycle. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification.  At least 3 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment.  Extensive experience implementing and testing complex Salesforce service processes, including Service Cloud or Field Service.  Knowledge of test automation tools, API testing and Salesforce architecture.  Business fluency in English.   Personal profile:   Proactive and analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills.  Good written communication and willingness to collaborate in cross-functional teams.  Additional Salesforce certifications, CI/CD experience and HVAC or manufacturing process knowledge are welcome.
