## Opis stanowiska

Develop and document a comprehensive testing strategy for a major Mainframe to Linux migration (assembler applications to Java/SQL on Linux)  Coordinate and oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards  Act as the primary liaison among project stakeholders, including architects, developers, and management  Lead, mentor, and manage a specialized testing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement  Monitor testing progress, analyze defect reports, and implement process improvements  Produce detailed test documentation and provide regular progress updates to senior management

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   15+ years of experience in managing testing for complex projects, especially system migrations  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline  Strong expertise in testing methodologies, particularly unit and functional testing  Proven experience working in Agile/SAFe environments  Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities  Fluent English (spoken and written)  Existing legal right to work in the European Union   Nice to have:   Experience with tools like X-Ray or similar testing management solutions  Background in mainframe systems and Linux environments  Certifications related to testing or project management
