## Opis stanowiska

Owning the end-to-end UX process, with support from an experienced UX designer when needed  Working closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and product hypotheses, and turning them into intuitive design solutions  Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure the UX meets both technical and functional requirements  Conducting UX research, developing design concepts, and implementing solutions based on insights and findings  Using AI tools in daily work and exploring how they can improve the design process  Designing multimodal AI experiences: agentic interfaces, RAG-powered apps, voicebots and generative AI tools  Taking ownership and working independently in the UX process

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Excellent command of English (B2/C1)  3+ years of experience as a UX designer  Fluency in using AI tools, Figma, Miro, Webflow  Ability to plan the design of products from scratch for different clients (from start-ups to corporations)  Strong communication and collaboration skills  Willingness to participate in creating AI products  Knowledge of design principles  Experience with design systems  Ability to experiment and find new solutions  Experience with analytics and user behavior tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar   Nice to have:   Work experience in a software agency  UX research experience: tools and methods  Experience with UX audits
