## Opis stanowiska

Supporting the team in providing a high-quality depositary monitoring service to ensure that clients comply with regulatory rules and corporate trusteeship responsibilities  Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, Fiduciary countries, fund administrators and third party vendors, meeting all deadlines  Investigating and validating portfolio managers exceptions / breaches towards UCITS / AIFMD regulations in post trade compliance application  Clarifying and resolving inconsistencies between data reflected by Citi and supplied by the customer (maker-checker role)  Participating in projects as assigned, leading / co-leading certain project activities  Timely answering standard and non-standard questions related to performed duties, maintaining appropriate business correspondence  Conducting operation calls with clients / oversights and performing other business activities delegated by manager

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance sector (experience in Investment Funds or Securities Services advantageous)  Knowledge of bank products and the field of finances and banking  Customer communication experience (internal/external)  Good PC skills (Excel, Word)  Advanced English written and spoken  High attention to detail  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines  Flexibility, team spirit, loyalty   Education:   Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
