## Opis stanowiska

Own and execute developer marketing programmes driving awareness, qualified developer acquisition, activation and engagement for Blocks Network  Develop positioning and messaging for AI application and agent developers, translating APIs and SDKs into developer outcomes  Build an authentic presence in developer communities and ecosystems  Turn community and product feedback into actionable marketing and developer-experience insights  Partner with Developer Relations to create tutorials, technical demos, sample projects, workshops and launch content  Independently prototype lightweight demos, landing-page experiences or technical marketing assets  Plan campaigns across channels such as documentation, GitHub, newsletters, social platforms, forums and events  Improve the developer journey from discovery to first successful build using funnel analytics  Define and report on developer-growth metrics including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and advocacy

## Kogo szukamy

Minimum Requirements:   Hands-on experience in developer marketing, technical marketing, Developer Relations or a similar role combining technical products with developer engagement  Strong technical fluency: understanding of APIs, SDKs, code examples and modern software-development workflows  Experience creating technical content such as tutorials, demos, documentation or integration guides  Evidence of helping developers move from awareness toward activation or adoption  Experience using data, analytics and experimentation to improve programmes  Community-minded, collaborative approach across Product, Growth, Engineering and DevRel   Nice to have:   Experience marketing APIs, SDKs, cloud infrastructure or open-source technology  Familiarity with AI agents, LLM tooling or adjacent ecosystems  Experience growing communities via GitHub, Discord, Reddit or Stack Overflow  Hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript
