End-to-end claim management: conducting initial claim assessments, collecting and verifying case documentation, and maintaining database accuracy with high attention to compliance.  Managing the airline relationship on your cases: following up, verifying responses, and chasing payment on approved claims.  Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative to solve obstacles in individual cases.

## Kogo szukamy

Fluent in English and comfortable communicating clearly, even when a case gets complicated.  Genuinely motivated to help people, not just process tickets.  Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures without needing to be told twice.  Staying organized and level-headed when priorities shift fast.  Prior back-office experience is a plus, but curiosity and drive matter more.
