## Opis stanowiska

Key responsibilities:   Design and develop autonomous AI agent systems for the insurance domain.  Build production-ready solutions using Multi-Agent Systems, LLMs, RAG, and Computer Vision.  Research and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies.  Develop scalable AI products for international markets.  Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers.  Lead solutions from architecture and proof of concept through production deployment.  Participate in building proprietary AI models for insurance. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   5+ years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist or AI Engineer.  Strong Python development skills.  Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI Agent frameworks.  Experience building production AI systems and scalable AI solutions.  Solid software engineering background and experience with data analysis and AI product development.  Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.  Upper-intermediate+ English.  Strong analytical thinking, proactive and independent working style, structured approach, teamwork, and ability to explain complex technical concepts.   Nice to have:   Experience in the insurance industry.  German or Spanish language skills.
