## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Validate functional behavior of wired and wireless security sensors and peripheral devices.  Test normal operation, fault conditions, power-up, reset and recovery scenarios.  Verify battery performance and power consumption profiles.  Perform environmental and robustness testing in support of real-world reliability.  Support EN 50131 compliance readiness through structured test evidence.  Create and maintain test plans, test reports and defect documentation.  Collaborate with R&D engineers, product management and compliance teams.   What we offer:   Full-time employment under an employment contract with a base salary of 149,958–176,421 PLN annually.  Meal vouchers, LuxMed medical insurance and a MultiSport card.  Potential annual performance bonus based on individual and company performance.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Engineering degree in Electronics or a related technical field.  Experience in Quality Assurance, including hardware, embedded or electromechanical products.  Hands-on device-level testing experience in laboratory or field environments.  Ability to translate product and system requirements into effective test scenarios.  Strong attention to physical, behavioral and usability edge cases.  Practical knowledge of QA processes, methods and tools.  Analytical, data-driven approach to testing and reporting.  Clear communication and documentation skills.  Good command of English in writing and speech.   Additional qualifications:   Test automation skills using Python.  ISTQB certificate.  Experience with the Atlassian toolchain.  Experience with EN 50131 or similar standards.  Experience in intrusion, detection or access domains.
