## Opis stanowiska

Design, execute and maintain manual and automated test cases for Master Data Management solutions.  Verify data quality, consistency and compliance across business processes and systems.  Perform functional, integration and regression testing of web-based applications.  Create, maintain and execute automated tests using Selenium-based solutions.  Analyze test results, identify defects and support root cause analysis.  Prepare test data for testing scenarios.  Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and QA Engineers.  Improve testing processes, tools and automation frameworks.  Work in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Gdańsk or Warszawa, with 2–3 days per week in the office.

## Kogo szukamy

Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, combining manual and automated testing.  Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques and defect management.  Hands-on experience with Selenium or similar test automation tools.  Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.  Experience in test data preparation, validation and analysis.  Understanding of web application testing.  Basic knowledge of test automation and scripting or programming concepts.  Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Proactive approach and willingness to develop in QA Automation.
