## Opis stanowiska

Project and responsibilities:   Develop and maintain automated test suites for C# and .NET 8 applications in a large-scale banking project.  Execute automated and manual tests when required.  Investigate test failures, perform root cause analysis, and support debugging and troubleshooting.  Maintain and improve CI/CD test pipelines using Bitbucket or Bamboo.  Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation best practices.  Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.  Ensure high test coverage and quality standards across releases.   Work environment:   Flexible work organization in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, with two or three days per week in the office.  Work in an international banking project with regular exposure to English and a Scandinavian organizational culture.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   At least 2 years of experience in test automation within .NET environments.  Strong experience with C# and .NET 8.  Hands-on experience with NUnit and test runners.  Experience with CI/CD automation in Bitbucket or Bamboo.  Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and code review practices.  Experience maintaining and improving automated test pipelines.  Ability to diagnose, debug, and efficiently resolve test failures.  Experience in the banking sector.  Expert-level experience in PEGA testing.   Personal qualities:   Analytical approach to problem solving.  Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
