## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Design, create, and maintain test scenarios and test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing.  Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.  Collaborate with developers, analysts, the Product Owner, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.  Maintain and update test documentation in Confluence and TestRail.  Work on a virtual shareholders' meeting platform supporting the securities and capital markets sector.  Work in an elastic hybrid model from Gdańsk, with two days per week in the office.   Project context:   Participate in the digital transformation of financial markets and work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.  Support quality-driven engineering and the integration of AI tools into products.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   At least 1 year of IT experience in manual testing.  Experience testing environments for multiple applications.  Knowledge of IT structure, dynamics, and terminology.  Experience designing and analyzing test scenarios, test cases, and requirements.  Experience with functional, integration, and regression testing.  Experience working with Agile.  Ability to define and analyze problems, search for solutions, and work independently.  Proactive collaboration with stakeholders from various European countries.  Understanding of the finance domain and ability to learn quickly.  Attention to detail and good command of English.   Technologies:   Jira, Confluence, SQL, and TestRail.
