Andersen is hiring a   Backend Developer (Node.js)   to build scalable server-side solutions for global projects across fintech, healthcare, retail, and other industries in a distributed international team. ## Kogo szukamy

Must-haves:     Experience as a Backend Developer (NodeJs) for 2+ years.    Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.    Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.    Understanding of asynchronous programming and Node.js internals.    Experience with NestJS and/or Express.js.    Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/Redis).    Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security basics.    Experience with Git, code reviews, and team-based development.    Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.    Experience writing unit and integration tests.    Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.    Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.     Nice-to-haves:     Experience with front-end development (React or Angular).    Familiarity with Kafka, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
