## Opis stanowiska

Serve as a brand ambassador, advise customers on hygiene products.  Respond to inbound and make outbound calls regarding product enquiries and complaints (damaged product, poor quality, missing item in the pack) in Hebrew and English.  Provide multichannel written support: e-mail, chat, and social media channels in Hebrew and English.  Document e-commerce complaints logged on e-commerce platforms.  Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.  Remain polite, patient and courteous with customers throughout the experience.  Ensure the end to end experience for all customers is at high level of customer satisfaction.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Hebrew C1/C2 and English B2.  Proficient in a variety of computer programs with the capability to learn quickly.  Able to listen to understand, review, and provide solutions.  High-developed communication skills.  Strong attention to details and ability to multitask.   Nice to have:   Customer Service experience in an international, fast-paced environment (1 year).  Practical knowledge of CRM systems.
