## Opis stanowiska

Work model: Hybrid (at least 2 days per week from the Warsaw office)   Responsibilities:     Collaborate with UX/UI leadership with creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes. Align new products with our design system.    Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.    Assist build, and maintain design system and guidelines.    Summarize user research and apply this data to current baseline designs and new product initiatives.    Iterate designs based on user feedback, and stakeholder input.

## Kogo szukamy

Requirements:    Bachelor’s degree in design or computer science.  3+ years of experience in a UX/UI design or related field.   Proficiency in  Figma .  Proficiency in  Adobe CS , including  Illustrator  and  Photoshop .  Basic knowledge of  HTML  and  CSS .  Solid understanding of  WCAG standards .  Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.  Ability to provide examples of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, or other relevant UX/UI work.    Nice to have:    Experience with  Sketch  and  Zeplin .
