## Opis stanowiska

Own TikTok Ads end-to-end: campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization with a focus on new customer acquisition and ROAS.  Design, run, and analyze structured tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies. Build test-and-learn into regular workflow.  Monitor campaign performance daily. Identify what's working, kill what's not, and scale what earns it fast.  Collaborate with the Performance Creative Strategy team to brief winning creative concepts grounded in data.  Translate business objectives (new customer acquisition, TOV growth) into TikTok campaign strategy.  Report on performance clearly and honestly with real numbers and real interpretation.  Stay sharp on TikTok's ad platform developments, algorithm behavior, and emerging formats.  Contribute to cross-channel thinking alongside Meta and Google specialists.

## Kogo szukamy

Experience & background:   Hands-on experience running TikTok Ads in a performance context - direct response, conversion campaigns, customer acquisition.  Comfortable working with data: pulling it, reading it, and making decisions from it.  Familiarity with performance marketing fundamentals (CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution logic).  Experience briefing, testing and evaluating creatives for performance.   Mindset & qualities:   Scientific by default - you test, every opinion becomes a hypothesis.  Performance-obsessed - acquire customers at the right cost and grow the channel's contribution.  Intellectually honest - report what's true, not what's comfortable.  Curious about the platform - follow changes, understand algorithm shifts, test new formats early.  Collaborative but with extreme ownership - own the outcome.  Ambitious - see a $300k/month budget as an opportunity, not a ceiling.
