## Opis stanowiska

Publisher Acquisition: Sourcing, pre-qualifying, and initiating outreach to potential new media partners.  Onboarding & Support: Assisting new publishers during setup, handling day-to-day inquiries (regarding offers, platform use, and billing), and liaising with internal teams.  Data & Offer Management: Verifying and updating offers, pricing, site metrics, and communication history in HubSpot and internal systems.  Quality Assurance: Monitoring publications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.  Reporting: Preparing basic data summaries and status reports on publisher database growth and activities.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Strong written and verbal communication skills with a partner-oriented mindset and professional etiquette.  Spanish at C1 level (business fluency) and English at B2 level.  Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to follow established procedures, and willingness to learn and accept feedback.  Basic understanding of content publishing principles and the concept of link building.  Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Gmail, Sheets, and Docs) and strong web research skills.   Nice to have:   Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and task management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana).  Familiarity with admin panels or order fulfillment workflows (B2B/e-commerce).  Ability to compile basic data reports and summaries in spreadsheets.
