## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Oversee 1–3 small to mid-sized IT projects for Polish and international clients under an experienced Project Manager.  Act as the client contact, support communication and build positive working relationships.  Help define requirements and prepare user stories, basic project plans and other documentation.  Organize project tasks and support alignment with Agile methodologies.  Prepare reports, update documentation and support billing processes.  Develop practical project management skills with mentorship and support.   Work model and offer:   Hybrid work setup with attendance at the Kraków office as required and flexible working hours. Recruitment process:   Submit a CV and a short video answering two questions, followed by a screening call and a final technical interview.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   At least 1 year of project coordination or related experience in a software house.  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.  Strong communication in Polish and English, minimum C1 in both languages.  Basic knowledge of Agile and Waterfall and willingness to learn best practices.  Hands-on experience with IT project development, preferably mobile projects.  Direct client experience, especially in international or cross-cultural settings.  Interest in IT development, software project management and emerging technology.  Availability to work from the Kraków office as required.   Nice to have:   Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, a technical IT background, and hands-on use of AI productivity tools.
