## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Advise management on commercial contract law and draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.  Manage local, regional and global transactional negotiations and support efficient deal closure.  Analyse and negotiate vendor and customer contracts in line with internal policies and commercial strategy.  Partner with Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Product Development, Security and Compliance.  Support data privacy matters, including GDPR compliance, negotiations and regulatory matters.  Create and maintain contractual templates, policies, procedures and standard legal documents.  Design and deliver training sessions and presentations on commercial law, policies, regulations and emerging legal topics.   Role scope:   Support business operations across Europe from the Warsaw office.  Collaborate with legal colleagues across EMEA, APJ, the Americas and the US.  Help protect and enable Kyriba’s commercial relationships and growth across EMEA.

## Kogo szukamy

Master of Laws degree from a European university, equivalent to Master 2 or LL.M.  Around 5 years of relevant experience in commercial transactions, preferably in or alongside a SaaS or technology company.  Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment.  Ability to negotiate and manage contracts in English and French.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with the ability to explain complex legal matters to non-lawyers.  Strong ethical and moral standards, with sound judgment when balancing competing stakeholder demands.  Collaborative, proactive approach and ability to positively influence peers and stakeholders.  Comfort working in a challenging, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.  German language skills are an advantage.
