## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Participate in budgeting and build financial models.  Analyse actual performance against budget, perform variance analysis, identify drivers and prepare management reports.  Present conclusions at monthly meetings with C-level stakeholders and prepare meeting notes.  Interpret data and comparative analyses to recommend actions, monitor cost controls and manage app spend, with focus on LLMs.  Coordinate document acceptance and payments with Accounting, support teams in understanding cost variances and provide ad hoc stakeholder reporting. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   At least 1 year of experience in a similar finance role.  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; VBA and Power Query are an advantage.  Proactive, methodical, hands-on approach and strong ownership.  Ability to propose ideas, optimise processes, adapt to change and adjust direction when needed.  Advanced English language skills, at least B2 level.   Nice to have:   Experience in the SaaS sector or in consulting or BIG4 audit.
