## Opis stanowiska

YOU WILL     Work closely with the Product Owner to understand customer needs and translate them into clear business and technical requirements    Gather and analyze requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys    Translate business needs into well-structured user stories, functional requirements, and specifications for engineering teams    Analyze data to support decision-making and assess the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions    Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms to extract, analyze, and visualize data    Model current and future processes using diagrams, flowcharts, and other process-mapping techniques    Prepare clear documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), and user stories    Collaborate with customers, users, Product Owners, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle    Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of internal processes    Assess priorities and potential risks and proactively recommend appropriate solutions

## Kogo szukamy

MUST HAVE    Proven experience as a  Business Analyst, Data Analyst , or in a similar analytical role   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills   Experience working with large data sets and translating data into meaningful business insights  Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements  Practical experience in writing user stories  Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as  Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau   Experience working with  Jira and Confluence   Experience working on large-scale and complex projects or initiatives  Ability to assess priorities, identify risks, and propose practical solutions  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders  Very good command of English    NICE TO HAVE    Experience with Workload Automation tools  Hands-on experience with Control-M  Experience working in complex enterprise environments  Familiarity with process modelling and continuous improvement methodologies
