## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Analyse model output, portfolio and economic changes to assess quarterly overlays for CECL, CCAR and cost-of-credit planning.  Implement approved overlays with sourced data, repeatable calculations, documented assumptions and controls.  Challenge unsupported assumptions, recommend alternatives, and prepare executive PowerPoint decks and approval documents under governance policy.  Report approved overlays to systems and maintain relevant data repositories.  Reconcile data quality and completeness, reviewing outputs for relevance and reasonableness.  Provide project-management support for documentation, approvals, automation, regulatory solutions and Model Sponsorship priorities. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Bachelor's or university degree.  Minimum 6 years of financial industry experience, including at least 2 years in the current role.  Proficiency in Python, Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word, plus technical documentation.  Digital fluency and intellectual curiosity about AI tools.  Analytical thinking, root cause and trend identification, data analysis and reconciliations.  Ability to organise and execute projects, communicate clearly, manage time, work independently and take initiative.  Ability to support regulator and auditor requests and remediation or corrective action plans.   Preferred qualifications:   Wholesale CCAR or stress testing, CECL, or portfolio credit risk management experience.  Business analysis skills and ability to interpret requirements when liaising with Technology Developers.
