## Opis stanowiska

Role overview:   Manage TCCORO’s global regulatory change management program for the Tech & Business Enablement organisation across multiple jurisdictions.  Establish strategies, processes, procedures and reporting to ensure timely adherence to regulatory requirements.  Lead Regulatory Change Management SMEs and oversee consistent delivery across jurisdictions.  Review and challenge impact assessments and action plans, mapping laws, rules and regulations to business areas.  Partner with GAU owners, Risk & Control, Country Risk Compliance Officers and the central regulatory change program.  Support control testing, regulatory working groups, audits and regulator information requests.  Prepare reports, communications and presentations for senior management and regulatory engagements, and identify continuous improvement opportunities including AI.   Working model and benefits:   Hybrid working model with up to two days working from home per week. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Extensive experience in banking, finance or related consulting, with compliance risk management and regulatory change management expertise.  Knowledge of global laws, rules and regulations affecting technology and business enablement, regulatory intent and supervisory expectations.  Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate obligations into Technology and Cyber compliance expectations.  Experience establishing strategies, procedures and processes aligned with risk management frameworks.  Experience managing and developing successful teams across jurisdictions.  Strong relationship management, conflict resolution and communication skills, including explaining complex topics to broad audiences.  Strong analytical, prioritisation, organisation and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in ambiguity and matrixed environments.  Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS SharePoint; bachelor’s or university degree required.   Nice to have:   Master’s degree, legal degree or legal training.
